Our Tutors

Brittany, a 10 year teaching veteran, has earned both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education from Bowie State University. She is a committed lifelong learner as evidenced by completing a certification in Administration and Supervision, from Loyola University in May of 2022. Over the years she has taught 3rd grade, 5th, 6th and 7th grade.  As an educator, she has a gift to help mold the lives of children and support them in becoming the best version of themselves as students and model citizens. She believes education is the key to success in life where teachers make a lasting impact on the lives of their students. Her grandmother always instilled in her the phrase: “Knowledge is power”, ever since she could read and write. Growing up, as early as kindergarten, people would ask, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” and her answer was always, “A teacher!” Throughout the years, her reasons for becoming a teacher have changed and shifted but one thing remained the same - her love to help, encourage and educate others.
